2. Data We Collect

Account data: email, name (when you register)
Lead Data: business contact information your team captures at events
Usage data: feature interactions, session logs

3. How We Use Data

To provide and improve the Service
To process lead captures on your behalf (as data processor)
To send service-related communications

4. Your Lead Data

You are the data controller for Lead Data. We process it only on your instructions. We do not sell, share, or use your Lead Data to train AI models without explicit consent.

5. Voice and Audio

Voice messages are transcribed by Google (Gemini) and OpenAI (Whisper). Audio files are deleted within 24 hours of processing. We do not retain audio recordings.

6. Data Retention

Lead Data is retained for the period set in your account settings (default 365 days). You may delete individual leads or all data at any time. Account data is deleted within 30 days of account termination.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right to:

8. Cookies

We use only essential session cookies required for authentication. No tracking or advertising cookies.

9. International Transfers

Data is stored on Supabase (US-based) under EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Hosting via Vercel (US-based) with SCCs in place.

We will notify you 30 days before material changes via email or in-app notice.
